Stanley R. Brenner Esq.

Stan has concentrated his law practice in the field of Assisted Reproduction Law and Adoption for over 20 years. Since 1992,  Stan has helped create hundreds of  families through adoption, surrogacy and egg, embryo, & sperm donation. Stan has represented intended parents, surrogates, egg donors, sperm donors, birth parents, adoptive parents, and adoption agencies.

Stan is a member of the Florida and New York Bar. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Business, with a major in Accounting, and the University of Miami School of Law. Stan is a proud parent of two adult children. Stan’s personal experience with infertility and adoption has created a passion and desire for assisting others in creating families.

Stan is a fellow of the American Academy of Assisted Reproductive Technology Attorneys and a member of the following organizations: American Society of Reproductive Medicine, the Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) Committee of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association. Resolve and the Florida Adoption Council.
