LGBTQ+ and Modern Family Formation

We are proud to work with members of the LGBTQ+ community utilizing assisted reproductive technology to build their families.  All of the services we provide for gestational surrogacy and egg, embryo, and sperm donation are equally available to LGBTQ+ individuals and couples.

Some additional services we provide to our LGBTQ+ clients are:

• Drafting agreements for same sex female couples where one partner supplies the egg and the other carries the child (sometimes referred to as or “embryo sharing” or “Reciprocal IVF”)
• Preparing or reviewing the Sperm Donation Agreement and Gestational Surrogacy Agreement for female same sex couples or individuals
• Preparing or reviewing both the Egg Donation Agreement (or Embryo Donation Agreement) and Gestational Surrogacy Agreement for male same sex couples or individuals
• If necessary, handling step-parent adoptions for married couples to legally confirm the non-biological or non-gestating parent’s parental rights to the child
• Handling second parent adoptions for unmarried couples to legally confirm the non-biological or non-gestating parent’s parental rights to the child
