We provide the following services to our Egg, Sperm and Embryo Donation clients:
Intended Parents
Egg, Sperm and Embryo Donors
We provide legal services necessary to protect the rights of our clients engaged in egg or sperm donation to become pregnant and may also be used in conjunction with gestational surrogacy.
In Florida, an egg, sperm or embryo donor relinquishes all maternal or paternal rights and obligations with respect to the donated eggs, sperm, embryos and the resulting children. Florida law permits only reasonable compensation directly related to the donation of eggs, sperm or embryos to be paid to the egg, sperm or embryo donor.
In some instances, individuals or couples going through In Vitro Fertilization have excess embryos created that they are not able to use for themselves. These embryos usually have been frozen and will either be kept in that frozen state sometimes indefinitely, or destroyed. Some people, with the knowledge that there are many couples unable to conceive a child, choose to donate these “excess embryos” to another couple.
